What file formats do you accept for drawings?
We accept STEP / STP, IGES, STL, PDF, DWG and DXF. Start with a conversation about your project. After we start chatting, we can agree how to share drawings by WhatsApp or email; NDA available before sharing files.
Can you make molds from my drawing / design?
Yes. We are an OEM / ODM manufacturer and work from your drawings. We also give a free DFM (design for manufacturability) review and flag anything that could save cost or improve quality before we cut steel.
Do you make both the mold and the parts?
Yes. We are a one-stop partner: precision mold making, injection molding and CNC-machined parts. You can order a mold only, molding only, or full turnkey (mold + mass production).
What is your typical lead time?
As a reference, molds (tooling) take about 30-45 days after deposit; samples usually take about 5-10 days. Exact timing depends on mold complexity and is confirmed with your order.
What is your MOQ?
MOQ depends on the product and is stated per quotation. For genuine first orders we can discuss a smaller trial quantity. Tell us your project and we will be specific.
How do you keep my drawings and design confidential?
Your data is treated as confidential. We can sign an NDA before we receive drawings if your company requires it.
What are your payment and trade terms?
Tooling: 50% T/T deposit to start the mold, 50% balance after you approve the first samples. Production: 50% T/T deposit, balance before shipment. Prices are EXW Dongguan; FOB or other terms can be quoted on request.
What plastic materials can you mold?
We mold a broad range of thermoplastics and engineering materials. Send us your part requirements (material, color, application) and we will confirm suitability and recommend options.
Can I visit or inspect your factory?
Yes. Our real factory and workshop are in Hengli Town, Dongguan, China. We also provide real workshop photos and videos before you commit, and can arrange samples or third-party inspection.
Do you only make molds for one industry?
No. We serve consumer electronics, home appliances, automotive parts & hardware, toys & collectibles and industrial parts, with each project reviewed for fit.
